The tripod arrived incomplete, the ring that prevents the 90º column to pull off was missing. Consequence…it pulled off and is now impossible to put back together…. Had to buy a spare part on Manfrotto website and not sure how to put that garbage back together…

This product does have a fluid head, however the Temperature Range is -4 to 104 F. You would need to be in extremely harsh conditions before it stopped working properly or froze.
