The flash trigger is okay. The only difference is the way it attaches on the camera. The center wheel does not push down like the other one. I kept it so I can have a backup.

The Godox XPro II TTL Wireless Flash Trigger for Sony Cameras is a transmitter for the camera. To use that with the Paul C. Buff Einstein, you will need to attach the lights. See: the Godox X1R-S TTL Wireless Flash Receiver for Sony, B&H # GOX1RS (https://bhpho.to/46U0htN).

Does it work with the Sony a7rv (not with mine, reportedly, even with firmware 2.02)?
Asked by: Christophe
I've found the solution with my Sony a7rv. I was shooting in the SILENT MODE, with the electronic shutter ON. This is the issue. Just return in the OFF mode and it's done. The receiver is now recognized by the camera. Thanks Sony Switzerland for the tip.
