Easy to attach batteries for charging. Time period to charge 2 batteries at the same time is about 2-3 hours. Has wire stand for upright operation.

Can I charge AB Dionic 90's on this? And I see the 4 pin power is there a normal power port as well? To plug into a power strip?

The Rouge charger will charge the Dionic 90 batteries. There is a standard wall plug with the unit.

Could I use the DC-out on this charger to power an Alexa mini (with appropriate connector)? What about while charging batteries? Finally, if I don't use the rouge batteries (I use paglink) is there any advantage to this rouge charger over the standard blue bebob charger? thanks!

The power draw of a camera varies depending on FPS rate and codec. The Alexa Mini when pushed will need 70W, just under the 75W top rating this charger can output. Therefore I would seek a better matched power source for the Mini and use this for only for back up or for light duty with the camera. I suspect using a non-Rouge charger will mean a longer charging time.
