The NightHawk 6x Gated Pinnacle Night Vision Weapon Sight from N-Vision Optics is an accurate, image optimized, gen 3 intensifier. It has been engineered with all the third generation technical improvements, such as a GaAs photocathode and an MCP metal-oxide ion barrier and in addition is a gated Pinnacle. These features provide greater distance, less light needed, increased life of the IIT, controlled power usage and decreased risk of sudden-light blinding. Even at extreme temperatures, the NightHawk 6x guarantees repeatable boresight retention. Built tough to be able to endure automatic weapon recoil the NightHawk can be mounted on an M1913 rail. An illuminated, injected, reticle with variable intensity is integrated into the sight.

Injected Ballistic with +/- 9 mrad adjustment
Light weight, rugged, waterproof and operates from -65° to 127° F
40 hours of operation at room temperature on two user-supplied AA batteries
Dependable boresight retention enhances repeatable control and performance in various lighting conditions
Can be mounted on any weapon with an M1913 rail and can withstand the recoil from full automatic weapons
Third-generation, Gen 3, image intensifiers utilize a GaAs photocathode enabling greater detection distances and improving system performance under low-light conditions. A metal-oxide ion barrier on the MCP more than doubles the life of the image tube
Auto-gated Pinnacle intensifier minimizes blooming caused by bright light exposure. The auto-gating holds back or gates the power being supplied to the system decreasing the amount of amplified light being allowed in. Preferred for tactical operations as it reduces the risk of being blinded by sudden exposure to bright light
