The MC-Swivel offers mechanical isolation for small diameter microphones. Nicely machined with positive locking of the ball in the socket an smoothly adjusts when lightly tightened. However, the lack of a side slot to allow the unit to provide a 90 degree angle is a significant oversight. The maximum angle (shown in the photo) is approximately 45 degrees.
