Can you still talk while your playing music from the megaphone?
In regards to the Pyle pro PMP58U, you can play the music on the USB drive and speak at the same time. They will not affect each other.

How do you play mp3s? I put in usb stick with mp3s on it directly, put no sound
It will accept a USB Flash Drive Support: Up to 32GB and support these formats only: MP3, WMA, AVI.
