I cannot unscrew to insert batteries?

The back should unscrew for you to insert batteries. You might need to exert a little more force. Though, if you continue to have issues with this, you might contact our Customer Service Department. [email protected]bhphotovideo.com

question

how to replace batteries?
Asked by: Anonymous
Very easy, just unscrew the cap at the back of the torch (the one with the small hole in for a carry strap), and then just turn it over to let the batteries slide out. Push 2 new AA batteries in and screw the cap back on tightly being careful not to damage the o- ring.
