Kupo Master Combo HD Reviews
A great stand for the money
On a price/performance basis, this thing is terrific. It may not be as strong as an MSE, but the fact that I already owned both and the MSE was destroyed in a windstorm (the Norm's super heavy combo wasn't scratched!) and then both another Kupo tells it's own tale.
Questionable quality
This is the first combo stand I have purchased so I have nothing to compare to, but when I compare it to the quality of the Avenger boom arm I purchased with it there is definitely a huge quality difference. The legs had loose screws and they wiggle around a lot when the stand is collapsed. Had one bent screw. In theory I would send it back but I know B&H would charge me a huge fee to ship it back. It will probably get me by for a year or two until I can afford a better quality stand but I do feel like you get what you pay for here.
