The 72 TB Galaxy HDX4 Storage System (24-Bays) from Rorke Data is a cost-effective and powerful storage solution, designed to minimize downtime and offer a high level of data security to enterprises and SMBs (small and medium scale businesses). It uses 7th generation RAID technology to provide enhanced reliability. The array’s modular design includes dual hot-swappable power supplies, cooling modules, and controller modules – so you can carry out maintenance on the array without interrupting the service. In addition, the array features six 1GbE iSCSI interfaces and is configured with SATA hard drives.

Featuring a hot swap single HA RAID controller (2 GB RAM), the Galaxy HDX4 offers support for RAID 0, 1 (0+1), 3, 5, 6, 10, 30, 50, and 60 levels. Using the Snapshot feature, you can create images of specified data files for easy recovery of deleted or inconsistent data.

Integrated browser-based management is available for setup, diagnostic, and monitoring purposes. GreenPower technology helps reduce the energy used by the array, thereby saving cost. Moreover, the Galaxy HDX4 is compatible with Windows, Mac OSX, Linux, Solaris, and VMware operating systems.
