On the Elinchrom Speedrings, there is a small screw that will allow you to tighten the speedring and remove it easily. With the Profoto brand, you can't lock the center ring from the outside ring. It makes it very difficult to twist off. Other than that, it's great and I have no complaints. I just wish there was a way to lock it for easier removal from the strobe.
