Ilford XP2 reviews

XP2 Super Single Use Camera with 27 Exposures is rated 4.4 out of 5 by 8.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from My wedding photography solution Purchased a whole bunch of these Ilford XP2 disposable cameras for my wedding. Passing them to the guests who know how to shoot on film and getting them to sign their names to the case so that we can get multiple interpretations of our big day. Ilford B/W always comes out well. I have used these disposables before and the flash and lens are decent enough to produce A-/B+ negatives. I hope they keep producing these because its one of my favorite ways to cover parties and family events!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Lifesaver!! My canon ae1 battery died during a weekend trip and I'm so glad I brought this. Flash worked for me every time, just had to press it multiple times to make sure it was going to go off.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from B&W Disposable! This is a pretty nice disposable/single-use camera loaded with the excellent Ilford XP2 film. This B&W film can be developed at local drug store because it uses the same chemistry as regular C-41 process color film. You may need to alter the curves and white balance after scanning the developed film, but its worth saving the money you would need to spend getting it developed at a film lab.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Easy peasy Easy to use, and pretty sturdy. Also very nice to have a b&w option in a disposable camera! The only complaint I have is not being able to control the flash, sometimes it will go off, sometimes it won't.. there's no rhyme or reason to it either. For the price though, and the fact that there's finally a good b&w throwaway, it's worth it.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Overall Good I used this product on a road trip. It was easy to carry around and the pictures came out pretty well! The flash didn't work for some odd reason, which I came to find out right away, so for photos in a darker shade it is hard to see the subjects in the picture.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great for weddings! I used this to shoot several wedding over the years. After I get them developed and prints come back. I select the best and send them out.
