Purchased this for a radio whose previous owner lost the power cord. Easy to source at B&H; correct fit; correct NEMA and IEC connectors; just what this purchaser needed.

Good power cord in a near-universal format

Detachable power cords are a blessing and a curse. A blessing because different plug types can serve the same device, and a digital device can be re-booted without crawling under the desk, a (small curse) because they can get lost, and now a few devices are sold without the cord! So I keep a spare - but be sure you get the right one, i.e. polarized or non-polarized - which means two spares!
