Rated 5 out of 5 by from Portable & Easy to set up I was looking for something to use at home for quick and easy set ups and I feel I bought much much more. It's pretty compact and very easy to stow away in a closet or under a bed. I shoot a lot of product and actually have used this when I have to go on the road as well. The white part can be flipped for a matte finish or a gloss finish so you have some options. You can easily fasten some paper over it or any other material for more options as well. While I don't plan to drop it or throw it like a frisbee I don't think it's the most durable but it's plastic so that's to be expected. Great buy especially for the money!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from It works but there are trade-offs I use this product for jewelry product photography. I prefer it over standard light boxes because it is open and that makes it easier to manipulate the product. The reflective surface is easy to light but hard to keep from scratching. You also have to wrestle it onto the frame. The frame feels cheap and weak but once the plexiglass is secured on it the frame does what it needs to do. I'd recommend using a sandbag though. The best part though it how easy it is move. For security my clients need me to come to them so that is very important in my business. It folds up nicely and travels well.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent Alternative to Cloth Tents I have owned several brands of cloth shooting tents in the past, which I use for product photography. A client retains me to shoot weekly for a blog they maintain, so these devices get a workout, but I am not using them so often that a permanent setup is feasible. I have found this table to be the most ideal solution I have encountered yet. Setup and breakdown is extremely fast, on the order of a minute or so for the table itself. The build quality is decent; the frame is lightweight tubular steel which is welded together. It is light, which is good if you want to move it around, but I have found that it needs to be sandbagged if you intend to really set stuff up on it. There are tabs welded to the side rail that make ideal spots to clamp small lights or vertical supports to (assuming you have the table weighted down). The surface plexi is pretty thick, the glossy side needs to be protected as it will scratch easily but I can't imagine it ever ripping or creasing. Overall, the durability and easy of working with it as compared to a tent is outstanding-- the Achilles Heel of pop-up tents, in my experience, is the fact that the cloth ramp invariably gets creased and needs ironing, and that the gossamer fabric can stand perhaps a hundred setup-takedown cycles at best before tearing. This design solves both of those problems. The curve presents a very workable infinite white in photos and functions as well as any tent I have worked with. It is also much, much easier to light from the bottom if need be. The downside to this as opposed to a tent is that you get reflections and spill from the sides and top. If you are photographing very reflective objects this might be problematic, but I have not found it to be an issue. If you need a durable platform for product photos and can't swing a permanent setup or need lighting from below, this device is ideal. It is not a bad deal either.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Desktop Shooting Table Not the heaviest table ever built but good enough for the average user. Good for small product shooting with objects up to 12 inch or so tall. Rear leg folds to make it easier to store and is small enough to fit on a table top........

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Ieal for product shots I used this table the same day it arrived to shoot some food products. The tranlucent bed is ideal for controlling light from beneath and behind. Smooth plastic materal was also an added plus in giving the product a great reflection.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice Compact Table Fairly easy to assemble, and the plexiglass is thicker than I though it would be. The big drawback is that the surface is not flat, so you have to be careful with what you set on it. I bought it to help shoot some macros, and it did fine with what I've tried so far. I do wish there were some color translucent surface instead of just the white. I have draped cloth over it for some shots to get a solid background. It could also be a bit higher off the tabletop, but that's not a huge issue for me. All in all, a good, compact table at a good price.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Poor quality control The table was missing two of the rivets that hold the frame together ( they were actually broken) and the plexiglass sheet holes were drilled off location about 3/8 inch. I replaced the missing rivets with a couple bolts and nuts and bent the frame enough to make if fit over the threaded studs. Once this was done the table is very durable and I like it.
