B-Grip BGRTRVLK Reviews

Well made, has promise, but not effective for me

A well-made but strange little package, designed as an accessory to the EVO B-Grip Belt product. The key part is the rubber strap that is inserted into the EVO unit and wraps tightly around a pack strap. The safety cord is feeble - not something I would entrust my camera to, and the rain cover an amusing extra that may be useful at times, if you can recall where you put it. While the device does indeed attach a camera to a pack strap, with my SLR camera I have not found an effective or comfortable arrangement - the camera pulls down and slips down the pack strap or distorts the day pack, and because it is so high up your chest it can hit your face accidentally. The grip mechanism is also hard to get at up there. See more comments in my review of the associated EVO Belt Grip and its use. However, these products show promise and I would encourage the manufacturers to keep developing and improving them.
