Depends on the mod. The slimmer mods will not be a problem, as opposed to the larger and thicker ones which would be harder to hold.

is it compatible with i phone 6 ?
Yes it will fit the i6 and larger phones, doesn't pop right out though. You need to open the arms wider to get the phone out.
