Creative Labs Pebble 2.0 Overview

The black Creative Pebble USB 2.0 Desktop Speakers from Creative Labs are designed to be compact and modern, with an orb shape that's inspired by the pebbles found in Japanese rock gardens. Their compact 4.4" width and 45° drivers deliver an elevated sound stage for personalized listening without sacrificing much desk space. Simply connect the USB-powered Creative Pebble to the system of your choice and use the front panel control knob to manage your volume.

In addition to its custom-tuned far-field driver solution, the Creative Pebble has a 4.4W (RMS) power output along with rear-facing passive radiators that are designed to deliver enhanced bass performance. Moreover, with its integrated USB Type-A connector and 3.5mm jack, the Creative Pebble is made to work seamlessly with a desktop or laptop computer without the need for a power adapter.

Good Speakers on a Budget

These are fantastic. Most consumer-grade desktop speakers have a ridiculous amount of self-noise. We had just returned some that had this problem. They constantly made a static noise. These Pebbles are clean from both distortion and noise. The build quality feels heavy and maybe even premium. You can't argue with that price, either!

I was looking specifically for wired laptop speakers that didn't sound like laptop speakers. It's almost impossible to find any speakers that still use the 3.5mm jack on the laptop but I found these and love them. They sound great!

These only work to connect 1/8" / 3.5 mm Input or USB Type-A, not headphones into the speakers.
