Profoto is a ripoff for the price

When you are charging the highest prices for light gear in the world market, having those items be able to be repaired means a LOT. Turns out, Profoto has limited service range for their products. Imagine finding out you have 'paperweight' that cost you as much as a used car!
Shame that a company would charge so much and then leave you with the risk of inoperable gear.
Save your money on the front end at least, so that if you need a repair, its either less costly OR more cost effective to buy new. Profoto is an ego driven company. They aren't 'here' for 'us'.

I simply love the Pro11, straightforward, yet full of useful features. Total integration with the remotes and iPhone app! It does what it does and keeps delivering, very adjustable in power and power demands on your outlets, let alone usable worldwide. The speed of the recycle power can make your shoot. And despite what some people say, the flash duration is second to none, not even Profotos other offerings come close.
So if you need it, it delivers, if you don't max out all the features today, it's still the best around with room to grow you creative demands in the future. No wonder you can rent these at the most premier studios in the main cities around the world (and it even works with my iPhone, wt...)...

What is the capacity of the battery in watt-hours?

The Pro 11 Power pack is not a battery. It requires Ac power input to power compatible heads It requires ac input of 120 to 240 VAC, 50 / 60 Hz. Such a pack is for fast action studio photography.
