If you have the strap adaptor included in the box with the camera you can attach OP/TECH USA E-Z Comfort Strap. If you no longer have this accessory you can use Split D-Ring (Pair).

I put mini-carabiner clips on the strap so I can remove it easily, and can also use it on different cameras, as desired.

The neoprene in the OP/TECH USA E-Z Comfort Strap is moisture resistant, so it will not absorb sweat very quickly.

Why only 7lbs? Will an 8lb camera break it?

Why only 7lbs? Will an 8lb camera break it?
Asked by: Aaron
I probably would not gamble an 8-pound, maybe expensive, camera to see if the strap holds. It probably would, but it may well be a recommendation from the manufacturer based on comfort of the user. For a heavy camera, a wider strap is likely to do a better job of weight distribution. If you choose a strap with the 3/8" fasteners, look online for a more secure method of attachment than the one in the stock photo.
