LG ConnectedCare DMS
Each display in this series comes with built-in access to LG ConnectedCare DMS. This is a cloud-based solution for remotely monitoring, controlling, and managing the status of LG CreateBoard and TV signage devices. This feature enables IT managers to operate and manage important resources on operating devices without physically visiting sites.
Across One Display or Many
The LG ConnectedCare DMS dashboard allows you to view and monitor multiple devices at the same time, thereby saving time and boosting efficiency. Monitor status, schedules, and a host of possible issues and carry out management remotely via the dashboard or in-room with the included remote.
Note: LG ConnectedCare DMS must be purchased separately. LG ConnectedCare, as a cloud solution, offers a lower TCO compared to on-premises alternatives as it allows for annual subscription-based usage.
