Today, Apple revealed their latest lineup of devices at its Awe Dropping event. With a strong focus on design and delivering experience to help people in need, Apple opened up with their AirPods Pro 3, weaved into their latest Apple Watch lineup, and concluded with their latest and most daring change with four new iPhone models.
AirPods Pro 3
Promising the most comfortable experience to date, Apple designed the latest AirPods Pro 3 for long-lasting usage. The smaller design allows Apple to bring a more spacial experience to users. With enhanced airflow and five new foam tips, the AirPods Pro 3 bring a whole new experience to users worldwide.
Going from six hours of playback up to eight with Active Noise Cancellation is a huge step up over previous models—specifically, it’s 2x better than the AirPods Pro 2 and 4x better than AirPods Pro 1.
Perhaps the most impressive new feature is the inclusion of Apple’s Live Translation feature powered by Apple Intelligence. When wearing the AirPods Pro 3, you can hear others speak their native language and it will translate what they are saying. The AirPods Pro 3 lowers volume of the speaker so you can focus on the translation. Live Translation doesn’t just translate words; it also translates phrases. When replying, your iPhone displays words in their language and can read it out loud for better conversations.

For the gym goers, new Heart Rate sensors are built into the AirPods Pro 3 and track your workout without the need for an Apple Watch or other health tracking device. Advanced tracking is present in the Apple Health app and monitors calories, workouts, and more.
Apple Watch
Three versions of the Apple watch were revealed, starting with the Apple Watch Series 11. With new and improved glass front that leverages a ceramic coating, Series 11 features greater scratch resistance. It also includes compatibility with 5G cellular signals which also improves battery life.
A new Heart Health application can notify you about high blood pressure or patterns of hypertension, allowing you to keep your health in check. The Sleep application now has a Sleep Score function which measures the various parameters of your sleep.

Apple Watch SE3
The Apple Watch SE 3 brings core elements at a lower price and now receives the S10 chip. Additionally, you get some great features of Apple Watch past such as Always-On Display for the first time, Gestures like Double Tap and Wrist Flick, and Temperature Sensing. It also features an extended 18-hour battery life and supports fast charging up to 2x faster than Apple Watch SE 2.
Apple Watch Ultra
For the hyper athlete, the new Apple Watch Ultra 3 features a new display with a wide-angle OLED display. The display also gets thinner boarders without changing the design of the case. Like the other models mentioned above, it features enhanced speeds and 5G cellular coverage. Satellite connectivity is built into the Apple Watch Ultra 3, enabling you to use Emergency SOS, Messages, and Find My. Thanks to the enhanced design, the Apple Watch Ultra 3 now gets up to 42-hours of battery life.
iPhone 17
Apple has refreshed its iPhone devices with an all-new lineup consisting of four new models!
The iPhone 17 features a new 6.3” display with thinner boarders and brings the fan-favorite feature from the Pro models of devices, ProMotion Display. This enables you to experience 120 Hz scrolling and gaming for extra fluidity. There are also a ton of other Pro-only features such as Always-On Display, 3000 nits brightness, Super Retina XDR Display, and new widgets.
Additionally, the iPhone 17 incorporates the latest in screen technology with Apple’s Ceramic Shield 3 which offers 3x better scratch resistance and actively prevents glare for a better viewing experience.
Inside the iPhone 17 is the latest A19 chip with an updated architecture consisting of a 16-core neural engine, six-core CPU, and a five-core GPU. All this powers Apple Intelligence so you can use features like Live Translation quickly and easily. The iPhone 17 now gets all-day battery life with up to 8 hours of battery life. When needed, you can get up to 50% battery in just 10 minutes of charge time.
Of course, we can’t talk about iPhone without talking about the cameras. We have dual rear cameras, a 48MP Fusion main camera and a 2x Telephoto 12MP camera. On the front, we get a new Center Stage camera with a super-wide field of view that utilizes enhanced stabilization for action-oriented scenes. Best of all, the front-facing Center Stage camera can zoom in and out to accommodate multiple users in a photo, allowing you to capture both landscape and portrait photos without moving your phone.

iPhone Air
Next up is the latest entry in the iPhone family: the iPhone Air! Constructed from Grade 5 titanium, the iPhone Air measures only 5.6mm thick, making it super thin and super pocketable.
The 6.5” iPhone Air includes all of the great features found in past iPhone models, including ProMotion, Always-On Display, and Ceramic Shield 2. It also features a unique Plateau in the back that houses all the technical components for the single-lens camera. The 48MP Fusion Camera has a 26mm focal length that captures rich detail. It also includes a 2x telephoto lens with a 12MP resolution. The Center Stage front camera is also found in the iPhone Air. New Dual Capture mode allows you to use both the front and rear cameras simultaneously for unique captures.
Powering the iPhone Air is the A19 Pro chip, which has a six-core CPU and five-Core GPU with neural accelerators for better overall performance. It also has a new N1 connectivity chip to support the latest Wi-Fi 7 and Bluetooth 6 technologies. A C1X modem chip also helps with connectivity.

The iPhone Air features Dolby Vision 4K60, all-day battery life, and is an eSIM only device to accommodate the brand-new battery. There are also new optional accessories being released just for the iPhone Air, which include a new low-profile external battery and new cases.
iPhone 17 Pro
Just like the previous models, the iPhone 17 Pro model features a brand-new design that incorporates form and function. Equipped with the latest A19 Pro, the iPhone 17 Pro needs to dissipate heat efficiently. This is where the newly designed vapor chamber comes in, which redirects heat to the aluminum alloy body for quick and efficient heat dissipation.
Speaking of A19 Pro, it has all the great architecture found in the iPhone Air, which makes the iPhone 17 Pro 40% more powerful than the previous model! It also incorporates the Ceramic Shield with seven-layer anti-reflective coating for a clearer picture. Once again, the battery is vastly improved, giving users up to 39-hours of video playback!
Triple-camera design is back on the Forged Plateau, giving us three 48MP Fusion Cameras for the first time. This essentially gives users eight pro lenses in your pocket. The front-facing camera is an 18MP Center Stage camera that incorporates all the fun features previously mentioned.
Due to the camera layout, Apple now incorporates Genlock and ProRes RAW capture modes with widened compatibility with devices made by world-renowned companies like Blackmagic Design. We also get multiple capture modes that leverage Dolby Vision HDR, 4K120, Pro Res LOG, and a whole lot more. This makes the iPhone 17 Pro models ideal for content creators of all types. The iPhone 17 Pro comes in two display models including the 6.3” and 6.9” form factors and now includes a 2TB variant for all of your storage needs.

That is all for today’s Apple event! If you are a content creator yourself, make sure you check out B&H and see how else you can level up your creative endeavors.
