According to HP’s Future of Work study, companies are still struggling to maintain a hybrid work setup. About 80% of workers state that they want to be in the office some of the time, yet only 22% describe themselves as thriving in their current environment. With that in mind, HP announced its latest generation of laptops that gives users the power and performance to work from almost anywhere to help them overcome these challenges.
These new systems are equipped with 13th generation Intel® processors and high-speed DDR5 memory. They boast technologies such as HP Presence to enhance online meetings with features, such as multi-camera support, that make for easy transitions to whiteboards. Meanwhile, Wi-Fi 6E support provides fast connections for smooth video streaming. Overall, the systems provide the performance and flexibility to fit a broad variety of work styles and applications.
Natural Collaboration
HP Presence technology also helps you to look your best with auto-framing, low-light adjustment, and filters that enhance your appearance and background. It can also be used to read a document or automatically crop and flatten parts of the whiteboard so that participants can clearly see the content. At the same time, HP Dynamic Voice Leveling automatically adjusts the microphone gain for optimal clarity, while AI-drive noise reduction helps to filter out unwanted sounds.
If you prefer the versatility of a 2-in-1 design, then the 13" EliteBook x360 830 G10 may be a better fit for your workflow. In addition to offering many of the same performance features as the base EliteBook 830 G10, such as HP Presence, its Full HD display may be rotated on its 360- degree hinge to transform it from a traditional laptop to a tablet. However, the onboard 6400 MHz LPDDR5 memory is not upgradable.
All the EliteBooks feature integrated Intel® Iris™ Xe Graphics.
Mobile Power
Available in 14" and 16" screen sizes, the HP ZBook FireFly G10 Mobile Workstations provide the power to take on challenging projects while weighing only three to four pounds, making them the ideal solution for content creation. Inside the deceptively small, thin-and-light chassis is high-performance hardware, such as an Intel® Core™ i7 14-core processor with 32GB of 5200 MHz DDR5 memory and a 1TB PCIe 4.0 SSD, providing you with the power to multitask in demanding applications. Configurations that include dedicated NVIDIA RTX A500 graphics help reduce rendering times for 3D models, videos, and photos while offering real-time ray tracing and other advanced features.
The ZBook FireFly G10 series also stands out with a variety of screen options, all of which support a 16:10 aspect ratio that lets you view more content at a glance. In addition to offering standard 1920 x 1200 resolution standard or touchscreen displays, you can select a system with a 2560 x 1600 Dreamcolor screen that covers 100% of the DCI-P3 gamut to create professional-grade photos and videos. A 2880 x 1800 resolution BrightView OLED display is also available with select configurations that can show your content in rich, sharp detail.
