Audiophiles rejoice! B&H is happy to announce the inclusion of a premier high-fidelity brand to the company’s ever-expanding catalog of professional and personal audio solutions.
Marantz offers a broad range of home hi-fi equipment that includes CD players, super audio CD players, Blu-ray players, network audio players, 13.2-channel network AV preamplifiers, network AV receivers, combination DAC and headphone amplifiers, multi channel (2, 5, 7) power amplifiers, and automatic turntables with and without integrated phono preamplifiers.
Founded by audio legend Saul Marantz and refined over 60 years of developing audiophile equipment, Marantz implements high-quality components, such as the renowned Cirrus Logic CS4398 Digital-to-Analog Converter chip, which is capable of 192 kHz/24 bit resolution and can be found in many high-end DACs. The converter can support eight different audio file types (WMA, MP3, WAV, MPEG-4 AAC, FLAC, ALAC, AIFF, DSD), and the company takes special measures to ensure audio performance, such as by using gold-plated brass audio output connectors. At the same time, Marantz has evolved its product lines to meet modern needs, such as providing iOS/Android control via your home network and the Marantz Remote app.
Models like the PM7005 2-Channel Digital Integrated Amplifier offer a wealth of connectivity options (e.g. dual recording inputs and outputs, coaxial and optical digital inputs, and a USB-B 2.0 asynchronous input. It can decode DSD files at both 2.8 and 5.6 MHz and is equipped with dual master clocks, as well as a fully enclosed shielded digital audio block to prevent interference between the unit’s analog and digital sections.
Supercharge your home theater or hi-fi listening experience with Marantz components, now available at B&H.
