At CES 2025, Dell debuted its new lineup of Pro laptops and desktop computers, which aim to give creatives and business professionals a powerful new foundation to launch their ideas.
Dell Pro
Taking productivity to new heights, the Dell Pro offers massive power in 14” and 16” form factors. With a scalable design, the Dell Pro offers massive support from the Intel Core 3 to the Intel Core Ultra 7 (Series 2). Scalable memory options are also available up to 64GB, and up to 2TB of storage.

Both the 14” and 16” displays sport a 16:10 aspect ratio with a 1920 x 1200 resolution and 60 Hz refresh rate. There are also touch and non-touch options available, backed by integrated graphics provided by the processor of your choice. Multiple Wi-Fi options are available along with Bluetooth wireless connectivity along with a variety of ports for your peripherals.

Security wise, the Dell Pro includes TPM 2.0, a chassis intrusion switch, camera shutter and a security lock slot. Additional optional features include a fingerprint reader, FHD IR camera with Windows Hello compliance, VMWare Workspace ONE Enterprise, as well as Absolute Endpoint Visibility and Control.
Dell Pro Plus
Providing similar specifications but with more flexibility in screen size and form factors is the Dell Pro 13, 14, and 16 Plus laptops. It features a similar scalability as the Pro, but focuses on the Intel Core Ultra Series 2 processors as the foundation for this system. It offers up to 64GB of memory and 2TB of storage space.

All form factors start with 1920 x 1200 resolution 60 Hz displays, with touch and non-touch options backed by Intel Arc Graphics. The 13” and 14” models also offer 2-in-1 options, allowing you to transform your Dell Pro into a tablet for greater utility.

You get enhanced security features with TPM 2.0, chassis intrusion switch, SafeBIOS Indicators of Attack, Camera Shutter and Security Lock Slot. There are a ton of optional security features including a fingerprint reader with ControlVault 3+ Advanced Authentication, FHD IR Camera with Windows Hello compliance, 5MP IR MIPI Camera with Windows Hello, Contacted Smart Card reader with ControlVault, and a Contactless Smart Card Reader.
Dell Pro Plus Premium
For the highest performance profile, the Dell Pro Plus Premium laptop offers incredible power in a lightweight form factor. You get 13” and 14” variants, which both use Intel Core Ultra 7 processors as the main foundation. You can configure up to 32GB of memory, and up to 2TB of storage space.

Most importantly, the Pro Plus Premium models support various display options, giving you 1920 x 1200 resolution in a non-touch format or 2560 x 1600 resolution in a touch format. Of course, the Dell Pro Premium Plus also features enhanced security features such as a security lock, TPM 2.0, chassis intrusion, and a camera shutter. Additional options include a touch fingerprint reader, Windows Hello fingerprint reader, and a face IR camera with ExpressSign-in backed by Windows Hello.

Later in the year, Dell will release more information about their Dell Pro Max models of laptops. So far Dell revealed that the Pro Max will support complex and high-performance applications on-the-go and offer high-quality 14” and 16” displays with a 16:10 aspect ratio. Touch and non-touch models will be available along with support for NVIDIA RTX 2000 Ada graphics cards, great for creatives who need extra visual performance. Dell Pro Max desktops are also in the works for those who operate within an office.
