Elevate the functionality of a boardroom and the appearance of public-facing spaces with Sony’s newly announced series of BRAVIA professional displays. Split into the core BZ30P, enhanced BZ35P, and flagship BZ40P series, each collection of monitors offers high-quality non-glare 4K visuals, flexible installation features, and long-term operation.

The entire BZ series provides a UHD 4K resolution screen that’s powered by Sony’s XR Processor with AI. The AI analyzes each scene and optimizes picture quality for accuracy, and will even upscale lower resolution content to near-4K quality. How they differ is in the non-glare coating and brightness.

Both the BZ30P and BZ35P series feature Deep Black Non-Glare Standard, while the BZ40P has Deep Black Non-Glare Premium. Standard has a very reasonable 25% haze value that’s good for most lighting conditions, while the BZ40P’s 47% ultra-high haze value is better suited for very bright installations. In terms of brightness, the BZ30P delivers 400 nits, the BZ35P 500 nits, and the BZ40P 700 nits.

When installing any of the monitors, inset handles make it easy to lift and carry, while centered VESA mounting patterns allow for easy positioning alone or as part of a large, multi-screen video wall. If mounted alone, the narrow bezel is even on all sides, making horizontal and vertical installations possible.

Installation also includes settings adjustments, which are just as seamless thanks to Home UI and the Initial Setup Wizard. Without requiring a set top box, those managing the displays can utilize zero-touch cloud-based setup and management options.

Once in place, each series can manage 24/7 operation and are built to last. Sony conducted rigorous internal testing, subjecting each display to drop, vibration, high/low temperature, and high/low humidity tests. This is in addition to continuous power cycling and frequent resolution changes. If a more robust solution is required, the BZ35P/BZ40P series also offer IPX5-rated dust resistance.

Another similarity is in the sustainable eco-friendly construction. Up to 43% of all plastic is made from Sony’s SORPLAS. SORPLAS is a material made from a combination of used water bottles and waste optical discs. Even the packaging was considered, by using less raw materials and a water-based ink for printing. Internally, power saving modes and a redesigned optical system help to reduce power consumption. This and more have earned them all ENERGY STAR and EPEAT certifications.

Each series is available in a wide range of sizes. Both BZ30P and BZ35P come in 43”, 50”, 55”, 65”, 75”, and 85” options. The BZ40P is only available in 55”, 65”, 75”, and 85” sizes.
