Nine FUJIFILM Cameras Are Having Their Firmware Updated

FUJIFILM has been busy lately. And, to show the fruits of the brand’s labor, nine of its cameras are having their firmware updated.

All cameras will now be able to support the all-new TG-BT1 Tripod Grip, and the XF 18-120mm f/4 LM PZ WR  and XC 15-45mm f/3.5-5.6 OIS PZ can be controlled using the new function buttons on the grip, allowing for one-handed operation. The camera updates are as follows:

FUJIFILM X-T4 ver. 1.70

  • Tripod Grip TG-BT1 allows still images and movies to be shot while holding the grip

  • Change camera to movie mode when shooting movies

  • The XC 15-45mm f/3.5-5.6 OIS PZ lens will be compatible

  • Additional minor bug fixes

FUJIFILM X-T3 ver. 4.50 

  • Tripod Grip TG-BT1 allows still images and movies to be shot while holding the grip

  • Change camera to movie mode when shooting movies

  • The XC 15-45mm f/3.5-5.6 OIS PZ lens will be compatible

  • Additional minor bug fixes

FUJIFILM X-S10 ver. 2.60

  • Tripod Grip TG-BT1 allows still images and movies to be shot while holding the grip

  • Change camera to movie mode when shooting movies

FUJIFILM X-T30 ver. 1.50

  • Tripod Grip TG-BT1 allows still images and movies to be shot while holding the grip (zoom using buttons on grip not supported)

  • Firmware bug fix for transverse lines on processed raw images when shooting in STAND-BY MODE

  • Firmware bug fix for change in ISO sensitivity after powering the camera off and on

FUJIFILM GFX-50S II ver. 1.11

  • Firmware bug fix for raw development failure when CLARITY of raw setting was set to other than zero

  • Firmware bug fix for transverse lines on processed raw images when shooting in STAND-BY MODE
