Are you using Adobe Creative Cloud (CC) on a touch-screen tablet, such as the Microsoft Surface Pro? Then the new update from Adobe will likely make you very happy. A new touch-screen interface offers larger tab targets (no need to keep putting your digits in the pencil sharpener), two-finger scroll, five-finger tap for full screen (sorry Peanuts characters), swipe undo/redo, and more.
Touch-screen interface is just one part of the update that leans heavily toward improving the CC’s design feature options. Chief among these new additions is the new Design Space workspace for web design and application design. Here is a quick list of some of the other new features of the Creative Cloud:
- Sort layers by art board
- The tool bar is now customizable
- Visually higher-contrast UI
- More intuitive drag-and-drop interface for Libraries
- Favorite fonts can be tagged for quick recall
- Font-sorting options
- Improved Asset Export with expanded file format support
- Expanded SVG support
- Glyph panel improvements
- More!
