For users looking for their first flash, or those who want something effective and small, the Nissin i400 TTL Flash has those three boxes checked. Taking many cues from the well-received i40, the i400 delivers the key features that photographers will make use of during day-to-day shooting, such as a quite respectable guide number of 131' at ISO 100 and 105mm, a zoom head with a 24-105mm range (and a 16mm wide-angle diffusion panel), and full TTL support for your favorite camera system. Currently, Nissin offers Canon, Nikon, Sony, Fujifilm, and Micro Four Thirds versions of the i400.
The flash head can tilt upward 90º and rotates left and right 180º for full bounce capabilities. The almost pocketable unit is fast, as well, with a recycle time of 0.1-4 seconds.
