Alto Professional Announces TX Loudspeaker and Subwoofer Series

Alto Professional is adding a new lineup to its array of speakers with the introduction of the TX series of loudspeakers and subwoofers. Offering premium designs at a wallet-friendly price, the new series delivers a level of sound quality, functionality, and durability well above its price point.

Alto Professional TX Series Powered Loudspeakers with Bluetooth

The company is launching several Bluetooth 2-way speaker models in varying sizes and levels of power output, including the TX408, TX410, TX412, and TX415. Ranging from models with 8” and 10” speakers to more powerful options that feature 12” and 15” drivers, Alto Professional offers notably affordable and high-performing options for every type of application and room size.

The 8” TX408, for example, is designed for those looking for a compact, no-nonsense main PA speaker that serves as an all-purpose solution for on-stage personal sound monitoring as well as for presentations and performances in small settings. With an output of 350W, the TX408 touts crisp and transparent sonic delivery with a wide frequency range from 75 Hz to 20 kHz. The speaker design allows you to use the unit upright as a main speaker or on its side as a wedge monitor.

Meanwhile, the TX415, for instance, which is TX’s largest and most powerful loudspeaker, can handle bigger venues and outdoor events, maintaining impressive accuracy and detail along with ample force. Sporting 700W of power, the TX415 provides 121 dB peak SPL.

On the back of the units, you’ll find a single combo XLR-1/4-inch mic/line input, as well as an XLR link output to connect to additional speakers. In addition, all models offer 90 x 60-degree coverage, ensuring that the sound has broad reach and range.

All models feature Bluetooth connectivity, allowing for a cable-free experience, and making them an optimal choice for situations requiring two simultaneous sources of audio, such as music playing behind the voice of an MC. Furthermore, the TX Series’ Bluetooth True Wireless Stereo (TWS) connectivity lets users combine two separate units without the need for external equipment or cables.

The company has also ensured that the back panel features easy-to-use parameters that give users essential EQ control without overcomplicating the design with confusing knobs and sliders.

All loudspeaker models have been built with durability in mind, employing a metal grille and rugged enclosure. Finally, portability has also been made a priority thanks to the units’ lightweight design and ergonomic handles.

Alto Professional TX Series Subwoofers

In addition to its new powered loudspeakers, Alto Professional is also introducing two new TX series subwoofers, the TX12S and the larger TX18S, both featuring 900W amplifiers, which are equipped with overload protection.

While the 12” TX12S is optimal for complimenting a loudspeaker in a small venue or intimate performance space, the 18” TX18S is designed to fill larger spaces, such as nightclubs and houses of worship. On the back of the unit, you’ll find two combo XLR-1/4-inch line inputs, as well as two balanced XLR line outputs. So, for those who feel that their full-range speakers just aren’t outputting sufficient bass frequencies, these two models are the perfect companion to the audio setup you already own.

Perhaps the most powerful features of both models are the two different Live and Music EQ voicing modes and selectable Low Pass Filters. This lets users control the subwoofers’ frequency response depending on the speaker they’re pairing it with as well as the location of the performance.  Like the TX loudspeaker models mentioned above, the subwoofers maintain the same straightforward parameters for adjusting the EQ to fit the environment with the press of a button, rather than having to be overwhelmed by unnecessarily complicated controls.

And as with the loudspeakers, both subwoofer models are optimized for portability and longevity. The subwoofers’ enclosures are made from fiberboard that is not only durable but also minimizes resonance and enhances the units’ natural acoustic qualities.

Lastly, all products in the TX Series are designed and tuned in the United States, ensuring top-notch quality control and reliability.
