Cordoba Guitars: Traditional Craftsmanship with Modern Designs

0Share

Founded in 1997, Cordoba seeks to guide the evolution of the nylon string guitar by blending traditional craftsmanship of early master luthiers with modern developments. Every Cordoba instrument is designed to be lightweight and responsive, with a character that is a direct decedent of the Spanish tradition. The company’s design philosophy is to challenge the definition of the acoustic guitar without sacrificing the authenticity of its heritage.

Cordoba offers nylon and steel string guitars, and ukuleles in a variety of styles including classical, flamenco, cutaway, electric, crossover, travel, small-sized, and left-handed. Regardless of series, every guitar is handcrafted using carefully chosen wood for the overall tone, balance, and feel of the instrument. The wood used for the back of each instrument provides a perfect balance of thickness, resulting in a resonance you can feel when playing.

Cordoba also manufacturers a full line of accessories including soft gig bags, hard cases, a music stand, a wooden foot stool, a sound-hole cover, guitar straps, a tuner, capos, replacement strings, a polishing cloth, and guitar picks. The Archtop Humidified Wood Case is designed to protect your guitar with a built-in HumiPod humidification system.
