Yamaha, a company with fingers in many musical pies, has released a baker's rack of loudspeakers and subwoofers to address all of your public-address needs.
First, there's the DZR line, with each speaker offering a high SPL, sophisticated DSP with FIR filters, and a relatively lightweight design. These 2-way powered monitors are sized to fit various needs, coming in 10, 12, and 15" low-frequency driver configurations. Each model can handle up to 2000W and sports combination inputs and XLR outputs. If you're looking for a three-way loudspeaker in this series, check out the DZR315, which is billed as the most powerful model in the DZR series because it can produce 143 dB of SPL, doing so with clarity. Two different subwoofers are offered to round out the DZR series, one with a 15" driver, another with an 18" driver, and both capable of handling 1600W at an SPL of up to 136 dB.
If you're running a Dante network, Yamaha has you covered, offering dedicated versions of all these DZR-series speakers and subs with Dante-enabled etherCON CAT5e connections. These models can handle audio up to 96 kHz. Both the Dante and Analog editions of the DZR speakers boast efficient Class-D amplifiers with fan cooling at variable speeds.
Next up is the CZR series, a set of two-way, portable loudspeakers that feature passive or bi-amp operation. These are available with 10, 12, and 15" drivers, and play nicely with CXS-series subwoofers, which are bass-reflex units offering an extended low range and either 12 or 15" woofers, depending on which model you select.
Yamaha is also offering brackets for DZR and CZR speakers in horizontal and vertical orientations, sized to work with specific models in each series. Functional soft-padded covers are also available for every loudspeaker and every sub.
So, if you're looking for some clear, thunderous, and above all loud tops and bottoms for your speaker system, definitely check out these models, available now online or at our SuperStore.
