Who would have thought that bringing a photographer along on vacation could be as simple as packing one away in a suitcase? OK, obviously, I’m not referring to a human photographer but, rather, the Breeze, a new quadcopter from Yuneec. With its ability to take 13-megapixel still images and record UHD 4K video, plus an easy-to-use mobile app for iOS or Android, Breeze is great to have around to capture memories that are easy to share with friends and family.
Intended for social media gurus and neophytes alike, Breeze brings an elegant simplicity and personality to aerial photography. Breeze’s small, lightweight design requires minimal setup and, in many cases, it can be unpacked and flown right away.
Piloting using the mobile app is an intuitive process, and execution of complex flight patterns while taking photos or videos is literally… wait for it… a breeze. With the tap of a button, you can command the Breeze to orient the camera toward you for a quick shot in Selfie mode, circle around you or your group for dramatic photos and videos in Orbit mode, or have it track you for compelling action shots on your adventures in Follow Me mode. Once you set it, Breeze does all the flight calculations so you can concentrate on having fun. Should you want more creative control, Pilot mode combined with the HD downlink live-view monitoring lets you frame your own shots, and capture what you want.
Not only can the app pilot the Breeze, it can also transfer and upload the photos and videos to your favorite social media or content websites such as Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, and Twitter. All this functionality is accomplished without having to leave the app interface, so you can get right back to flying.
