Tilta continues to provide ergonomic solutions for your gimbal capture with the introduction of the Basic Ring Grip Plus for Ronin Control Kit for DJI RS2, RS3, and RS 3 Pro Gimbals. This kit consists of the updated Basic Ring Grip Plus and an all-new Control Handle that is integrated into the side of the ring. Use the built-in handle to control your gimbal or add the separately available DJI Ronin Remote Control Kit for more advanced control.
Compared to earlier versions, the updated Basic Ring Grip Plus is constructed from a new magnesium-aluminum alloy, offering improved durability at a slightly lower weight. Users of prior models will appreciate that the new ring grip maintains the same contact points for mounting the Tilta Power Supply Module or Gold or V-mount batteries. Just like earlier versions, the Basic Ring Grip Plus increases the stability of your framing and reduces operator fatigue when compared to a single-grip gimbal configuration. Like earlier models, this updated ring has an integrated kickstand for resting on the ground between takes and the ability to use a battery handle as a top handle for underslung shots.
Note that the difference between the Basic Ring Grip Plus and the Advanced Ring Grip is the lack of focus control on the Basic Ring Grip Plus control handle.
