SOLOSHOT2 CX405: Hands-On Review

In the following video, Mia McCormick, from KelbyOne Media, discusses the SOLOSHOT2 Camera Bundle, a motorized camera system that lets you film yourself from up to 2,000' away without a separate camera operator. The bundle includes the SOLOSHOT2 Base, Tag, Camera Controller, tripod, and a Sony HDR-CX405 camcorder. McCormick discusses the function of each piece in the bundle, the setup required, and the various tracking options. Using GPS, the Base and Camera Controller combine to track the position of the camera Tag, which can be held, or worn using an included armband, for panning, tilting, and even zooming the camera to keep you in the frame.
