Not your problem, but an industry problem.

There was nothing wrong with the cables you sent. The problem is the lack of an industry standard for mini AV cords. The way my television was set up, varied from the way the cables I bought from you were wired. So I ended up having to buy a new end, cut the original off and replace it, wiring to the way my television was wired. I looked it up, and there is no industry standard. Had it been the hot wires that didn't match all I would have had to do would have been switch the plugs, however since it was the common ground, it required total rewire. They work fine now, and I can't fault the cables or the television for the problem. I'm satisfied with my purchase. I'm only bothering to tell you all this, because I'm sure you will run into this in the future with a customer who is going to insist on faulting the cables.
