Just what I needed to connect my Canon 1V to my pocket Wizard 3. Film is my main priority and 1DXiii, and 5Div for remotes is a wonderful birding set up. Long live film negatives

Sure enough, it fits in the N3 socket just like a Canon product. So, this magical little cabled combined with the PocketWizard radios will allow you to remotely trigger a camera.

Ok. Could you list he cameras with an N3 terminal? I'm not a dummy, but I am not a nerd either.

The CM-N3-ACC-1 Pre-Trigger Remote Cable (1') is compatible with the Canon 1V series, 1D series, the 5D series, 7D, 6D, D60 (not the 60D), 20D, 30D, 40D, 50D, and the D2000.

Yes, this cable will fit any Canon that uses the Canon N3 connection. Note: the 1DX Mark II's remote port has been moved to the lower right side of the camera.

The CM-N3-ACC-1 is a remote camera cable that you can use with PocketWizards to trigger your camera remotely. It connects to the camera's 3 pin N3 connection. It is not designed to connect the camera to a flash and will likely not work.

Canon 5d Mark iii will only Auto Focus the first shot and then it switches to manual focus. Tried updating firmware and used the different connections on the PW and the same result. Any advice?

thats strange.. that never happened to me.i use it with my canon 5d Mark iii along with MultiMax Pocket Wizards.maybe you are not pressing the test button all the way down on the pocket wizard?maybe you have the settings wrong on your pw ? (this is most likely the reason)maybe you got a bad cable?maybe your lens is not working properly?
