Nine months ago Mitchell left a review about this SAME problem (I, unfortunately, did not see it before buying) At the suggestion of the Zoom AC Adapter AD-17A/D product page, I purchased this cable to power my Zoom H1n. However, the right angle mini b connector (approx 0.12 thick) is incompatible with the receptacle on my Zoom which requires one that is 0.085 thick. The connector on this cable is too large to fit into the receiver part of the H1n. I hope B&H stops showing this cord as the essential go-to for the H1n as it failed to work on a shoot. It might fit other zoom recorders but definitely NOT The Hn1. Beware!

At the suggestion at the Zoom AC Adapter AD-17A/D product page, I purchased this cable to power my Zoom H1n. Unfortunately the right angle mini b connector (approx 0.12 thick) is incompatible with the receptacle on my Zoom which requires 0.085 thick connector. In other words, the connector on this cable is too large to fit into the receiver part of the H1n. It may in fact be useful with other models of Zoom, but it refused to fit into my Zoom H1n. Caveat emptor! For the price I paid, it's not worth the trouble to request a refund. I'll just add it to my cable collection. TY B&H for overall consistently good price, service, and knowledgeable assistance. (I'll give you a pass on this FUBAR.)

This cable will be appropriate for charging the Zoom U-24, but for a data connection to a computer a USB Type-B cable such as BH #PECUAMUBM6 should be used.

USB2HABM6RA is not suitable for charging or data. The Zoom U24 uses a USB Micro B connection for charging and a USB Type B for data/sync. The USB2HABM6RA is a USB Mini B cable. Brandon, StarTech.com Support
