SanDisk 32GB CompactFlash Reviews

Expanded Capacity for my old DSLR

I bought this 32 GB CompactFlash to replace a 4 GB card so I could switch to "RAW" format images and not worry about running out of space. The card works great in my Canon EOS Digital Rebel XTi (also known as the 400D). A bigger drive would actually make the camera slower, so 32 GB was the sweet spot. Enough capacity, and fast enough response.

Isn't Compatible with Canon 7D

So disappointed after checking with the salesman to be sure this memory card would be compatible with my Canon 7D. I'd already tried twice before to get new memory cards to work, with no success, so this was my last try. I know it's not B&Hs fault, since the product seems like good quality. However, I'm leaving this review as a warning to others who might want to try to make it work for their older model Canons. Frustrating the item is non-returnable :(

The Extreme Pro would be a better fit for the 7D2, especially if you are doing rapid shooting.

Hi, is this card compatible with the Nikon D700 camera?
Asked by: Narayan
Unfortunately, Nikon's compatibility list does not list faster UDMA7 cards as compatible, but their list is not all-inclusive. According to Nikon, 16, 32, and 64gb Type 1 CF cards may be used after a firmware update, but only up to 90MB/s. While we do not foresee any issues, we recommend speaking to Nikon for clarification. https://bit.ly/3ykYxcb

Can someone confirm that yourself have used or now use SanDisk Extreme CompactFlash UDMA 7, 120MB/s 32GB (SDCFXS-032G-A46) or SanDisk Extreme CompactFlash UDMA 7, 120MB/s 16GB (SDCFXS-016G-A46) in the Canon EOS 50d? So I know fore sure that it is exactly the right memory for my old Canon EOS 50d. i am afraid that this memory is too big or to new. Thanks for your help Anders
Asked by: Anders
There have been problems with using newer faster memory, in older cameras like the Canon 50D. Memory that is not made for these older cameras. that's why I was wondering if SanDisk 32GB Extreme CompactFlash Memory Card can be used in Canon EOS 50D Thanks :) Anders
