    Manfrotto MB MA-BP-A2 reviews

Advanced Active Backpack II is rated 4.6 out of 5 by 25.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great backpck for daily use with kid Separate system works pretty nice. I used non-camera backpack with inner case, but tough to put camera in / out due to other stuff on the case... This bag let me feel free to put camera in / out anytime. Bottom space is for camera. I can put EOS5D3 with EF24-70F4L, 430EX Flash, EF35F2 with separator. Or I can put EOS5D3 with EF70-200F2.8L IS2 and EF2* extender without separator.(EF2* is in a soft porch) Upper space is for personal item. I can put towel, kid snack and spare clothes, ipad, etc. It has enough space. You should choose bigger camera bag to carry more lens and bodies, but I really like it for daily use with kid.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great lightweight backpack for mid-sized cameras It is a relatively light backpack which fits a mid-sized camera like OMD-M5 II, with 3 pro lenses and various small acessories in the lower compartment. The padding of lower compartment is reasonable, but you do not want to drop it with gear in it. It can also fit a 12-14 in laptop. The upper compartment has several separable parts without padding, which can fit a small jacket, filters, cards, phone, headphone and other small accessories. It also has a rain cover, which makes it great for hiking; and you can also attach a lightweight tripod to the backpack

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good little backpack My favorite part is the separation of camera section from general use section. I like that the camera protector with dividers can be removed as one piece to either make the bottom section useable for general items, or to unzip the internal divider and use the entire capacity as one general use storage area. NOTE: these materials are not super robust. The zipper are average, the upper material is super thin, the bottom material is only barely strong enough for rough use, placing on ground and taking scratchy surfaces without breaking. If you need a super strong pack to take a serious beating, I would look elsewhere. For light use as a casual day bag this is great. I've had it only a couple weeks, have taken it on several plane trips and fits perfectly under the seat in front of me so I can still take my Tenba Hybrid Universal as my carry on with all my gear. Then when I arrive, I transfer only what I need for the day into this backpack and I'm good. I like that it can hold my 15 inch laptop, with several hard drives, a DSLR with 1 or 2 medium lenses, headphones, rode video mic and still have room for some snacks and odds and ends, AND put a tripod on the outside. But like I said, it's a bit flimsy so I'm sure I'll need to keep looking for something sturdier. I got this because other than the material, I really like the design and functionality and I was leaving for an extended trip the next day and needed something ASAP. I looked at 12 different bags in the store and this one had the design that suited me best.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great functional bag I've been looking to upgrade from my old Kata bag which has served me well for years. Manfrotto was the obvious choice considering the history between the two companies. I travel frequently so needed a bag that can carry all of my important gear in a small comfortable footprint. I'm very pleased I made this choice. The bag is trendy, has many useful pockets to hold all the small items and has a very accessible camera compartment. The camera apartment can be accessed quickly and easily holds a 5D Mk iii with lens. There is space for 3-4 more lenses. I will be on a 6 week trip soon and I'm confident this backpack can hold all including tripod. It even has a strap to secure it to your luggage handle. Currently I have the camera with lens & 2 additional lenses in the compartment. In the top section the GoPro Casey case and Bose QC 25 case and iPad.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome bag! This bag is exactly what I was looking for after doing many hours of online comparisons between sizes, features, and reviews for quality and ease of use. The camera pocket is perfectly designed to fold out with ease. The side pocket along with the top tab and included band are perfect for attaching a tripod to the side. And the interior has great space for a bigger/thicker laptop than most, and a nice compartment for other items you might want to throw in. It's also sleek and sharp looking. Really seems to be the best balance in features and looks until you'd spend a lot more.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome for my needs Needed a backpack for daily usage that could fit my Sony a6500 with kit lens, 10-18, 35mm and 30mm macro lenses and a rode videomic (vlogging gear) AND my 15" Sager gaming/editing laptop (this laptop is thicker than normal and i had trouble finding a "decent size" backpack that could fit). After a lot of research, i went to B&H Superstore with my Laptop to try a few backpacks and found this gem. Nice build, looks great, firm, has a rain protection cover, has space for my gear at the bottom part (comes with dividing attachments so we could organize our gear as we see fit) and fits my thick laptop inside without problems. The only "down" would be that the front pocket doesn't fit much, but that's not a problem to me. Really enjoyed this backpack and would purchase it again if needed.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best travel backpack I was after a backpack that is a travel backpack. I wanted half a section for my camera that is easily accessible and a section that I could put various camera things in such as filters as well as fit some shopping, jumper etc.. I also wanted a backpack that could fit a laptop easily so I could use it for carry on as well. This backpack served every need of mine, is very very comfortable and supportive and I would definitely recommend this as a travel backpack to anyone or a day backpack!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Versatile bag! Great purchase Great bag, the quality of the material is excellent. There's a lot of room for everything I need to put in there, my flash, lenses and accessories. The laptop pocket is great as well. It comes with a water/rain cover in addition to the already rain proof bag for added protection. I'd like to add and as I've read another reviewer say, the bag is quite wide and sits a bit wider than my narrow waste which can be a problem when navigating narrow spaces like buses and things of that sort.
