Canon XU-81 Overview
Image Flip
Image flip enables the UX-81 to be mounted up-side-down for ceiling installation. In addition, the camera will automatically flip the image when the tilt angle passes 90°.
Locally Switchable Rear Connectors
For integration with existing A/V installations, dipswitches on the rear panel allow the HD-SDI video output to be set to either 1080i or 720p to match the existing signal. In addition, the settings allow you to choose between RS-232 or RS-422 depending on the type of control system and cables that will be used.
Low-Light and IR Night Mode
In low light conditions, low-light performance can be boosted using via frame accumulation by engaging the Slow Shutter Function. In addition, switching the IR Cut Filter to OFF enables black and white image capture in total darkness.
