The Tripod Suspension Kit from Mind Shift Gear enables hands-free carrying of a tripod up to 20 lb. This photo accessory has two adjustable nylon straps that clip onto the shoulder harness of a rotation180° Pro backpack and a collar strap to support the tripod once it's suspended from the shoulder harness.
