DJI Phantom with Pre-Installed Gimbal & Wheeled Case (No Camera)

The DJI Phantom with Pre-Installed Gimbal & Wheeled Case Kit from B&H provides you with the gimbal-upgraded quadcopter that your GoPro HERO3 camera needs for capturing ultra-smooth aerial footage. The kit features a DJI Phantom Quadcopter with GoPro Mount and a DJI Zenmuse H3-2D Gimbal. For a ready-to-use solution, the DJI Phantom Upgrade Kit for Zenmuse H3-2D has been pre-installed by B&H for full-support of the Zenmuse H3-2D Gimbal. Four AA NiMH rechargeable batteries and a 4-hour rapid charger are included for powering the Quadcopter's remote control unit. A Wheeled Carrying Case is included for easy transport of your DJI Phantom and accessories.

The DJI Phantom is a remote controlled, four-propeller quadcopter for capturing POV footage of flight. The compact and lightweight Phantom includes a remote control unit and receiver, which gives the device a transmission range of up to 984.25 feet. The Phantom also features an intelligent Naza-M + GPS multi-rotor autopilot system, Intelligent Orientation Control (IOC), high-intensity LED indicators and a maximum horizontal flight speed of 10m/s. Its lithium-polymer battery supports up to 15 minutes of sustained flight time.

For ultra-smooth shots with your GoPro HERO3 or HERO3+ camera, the DJI Phantom hardware has been upgraded by B&H to support the Zenmuse H3-2D Gimbal. The hardware adds an additional 8-pin interface for use with the gimbal, as well as a 6-pin interface for video link. The gimbal is designed specifically for the GoPro HERO3 camera and provides stabilized shots, even at high flight speeds. It features a lightweight aluminum alloy design and a built-in IMU module. It also supports remote start/stop shooting and video transmission for the HERO3.

Warning: Never use the DJI Phantom Quadcopter with your GoPro camera when both devices have their Wi-Fi systems turned on. The DJI Phantom's Wi-Fi and the GoPro camera's Wi-Fi run on the same frequency, so if you use them together when both Wi-Fi systems are engaged, the DJI Phantom's transmitter will lose the ability to communicate with the DJI Phantom Quadcopter. Whenever this happens, you will not be able to tell the Phantom where to fly. This may result in loss of property or damage to your equipment.
