This Benro QR10 Snap-In Video Quick Release Plate is compatible with Benro's H-Series video tripod heads. It features 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 threading screws and a spring-loaded video locating pin to prevent any twisting of the camera.

I bought a second plate for another camera. The original plate was perfect, however they have redesigned this plate so now it doesn't match up with standard configurations. I had to drill out the slot so I could move the 3/8 bolt to the other side to fit my Manfrotto QR. Why change such a simple thing?
