When fully extended, this arm will reach 10.5 inches, and because it's able to hold up to 13.2 pounds, lights, modifiers, and even cameras themselves can be secured with a twist of the lever. Each end of the arm terminates in a 5/8" baby-pin, which will accept many standard lighting and grip accessories including clamps and stand adapters.

Yes, the Noga can be adjusted to the exact position you'd like. The arms are a bit longer and more stable than the Manfrotto counterpart.
