perfect for heavy mics!

I use two CAD KBM412 for floor tom mics, and the rubber gasket style mounts I used on the rims were not enough to keep them from slipping closer and closer to the head. These solved that issue completely, while also getting me a little farther away from the head! They do not come with insert adapters however, but easy enough to procure.

I wasn't really eager to pay the price listed for this item, however after receiving it and seeing the quality and how solid it is, I would buy this item again. With the spindle to securely lock the microphone in place (or any other item for that matter), I would not be worried of breakage or damage because it slipped out or fell.
