This Paralinx USB Regulator Cable is a D-Tap power cable for Paralinx Arrow and Arrow Plus transmitters / receivers and for USB type A devices. It regulates 7-22V of the D-Tap and outputs 5V at 2.1A to a female USB type A output. It is 21" long.

I use this adapter to power my Tascam DR-60D and it does a great job. The only reason is got a 4 is because the housing doesn't seem snug but a little bit of super glue on the seam solves this. It's also a little pricey but it saves me buying a lot of batteries.
