The high-definition version of McDSP's 6020 Ultimate EQ Software Plug-In V5 is a collection of ten digitally modeled equalizers based on analog hardware equalizers from the past several decades of mixing. The user interface of the collection features a module selector menu for the ten equalizer models, an I/O section with metering for setting the input gain and output gain to and from the equalizers, and a module section with the control parameters for the selected module. The control parameters for the equalizer modules include high pass filters, high shelf EQs, low shelf EQs, and parametric EQs.
U670
Features low shelf, high shelf, and mid band parametric equalization based on the Fairchild 664 program equalizer
Moo Q
Features a warm three-band tube-emulation equalizer
iQ
Fine tunes mixes using a two-band equalizer from the 6020 collection
E300
Provides utilitarian general purpose equalization
E301
Provides utilitarian general purpose equalization, like the E300, but with a narrower bandwidth
British-E
Uses the original McDSP FilterBank technology and models of the Neve 1069, 1073, and 1081 equalizers for an all around general purpose EQ
EZ Q
Uses a high pass filter, low shelf EQ, high shelf EQ, and a flexible parametric EQ inspired by the circuit design of classic dbx compressors
EQ'76
Models the UREI 545 parametric equalizer with four bands of parametric EQ and a Q-gain dependency
FRG EEE
Features two parametric EQs within a high shelf EQ and low shelf EQ
E3357
Features two parametric EQs within a high shelf EQ and a low shelf EQ, but with more overshoot than the FRG EEE
