Press and hold the conveniently located body switch for half of a second to turn the light on, then cycle through the output levels. Hold the switch for more than a second, even when off, to instantly activate the emergency strobe. Use this mode to cause temporary blindness or as a signal. Its intelligent switch remembers the last output level used, and automatically goes to that output the next time the light is turned on.
