    Pyle Pro PDBC70 reviews

PDBC70 19" Rackmountable Power Strip Surge Protector (Black) is rated 3.6 out of 5 by 14.
Rated 2 out of 5 by from Does not rack mount correctly The geniuses who made this put the holes in the wrong place, and it can not be properly rack mounted.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Total Piece of Junk! The screw holes in the faceplate do not line up correctly with rack rails. Two of the 9 switches will no longer snap into place and hold in the on/off position. Bought less than 6 weeks ago. B&H will no longer accept this piece of junk back for a return. The manufacturer does not state what their warranty is on their products and does not provide a warranty issue phone number to call on their web site. I will never buy a Pyle product again and the fact that B&H carries junk like this and does not stand behind the product they sell, means they have lost me after being a long time customer.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Controls Power Well, but came with 1 defective light For purposes of switching on & off power to equipment it works and fits well into the equipment rack that I use. Would of liked it better if the one #4 light switch would illuminate. Note worth the effort and cost of a return.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Don't buy this Pyle of JUNK Bought it from BHphotovideo, which I use to think sold quality items but after this I'm hesitant, and shortly afterwards the switches began to give out. I contacted Pyle support and they offered to let me pay to ship it to them so they could repair it and then pay to have it returned. Well shipping cost is nearly the amount I paid for the unit and I'm not about to do all this and have it stop working again. LOOK! Be smart don't buy cheap brands and you won't get cheap products and cheap (or should I say expensive) service.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from awesome universal power strip. i bought this specifically for a touring rig that will be traveling internationally. it's replacing my 120v furman that has served me for 20 years but cannot handle multiple voltages. the unit is solid yet not as heavy as the furman, very well built, and features well spaced vertical outlets that allow more wall warts to be plugged in at one time than the usual horizontal manner. i also love the ability to control what is turned on when, such as powering amps in sequence, or using only the devices i need without drawing extra power.i am almost done replacing all of my dedicated 120v power adapters. these can be had very cheaply and are themselves self switching, so regardless of where you are in the world, it's power up and GO!!!!!i plan to buy several more.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Quality matches the price I didn't really think anything about a power strip could be bad. Right away one switch didn't work and I've had problems with another one. I've found if you slowly rock the switch back and forth a few times you can get it to turn on. Can't imagine that's good for my equipment. I'm not using all of the outlets at the moment so I can work around it but I wouldn't count on this thing to reliably power 9 devices.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Performing As Expected This unit has all the features I needed - surge & noise protection, on/off control for each input & more. All LEDs worked upon arrival, so it was put to work right out of the box. As usual, B&H's price was right and the unit arrived on time.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Nice product but poor quality After 4 days of use switch 3 failed and is now officially always on. Chassis is decent but rack holes do NOT align with rails, can screw bottoms or tops but not both. Nice features, but this thing is NOT for professionals. Returning it.
