Pyle Pro PMKS40 Reviews
Good cheap stand

This is a good but cheap stand. I love the one handed easy squeeze to raise & lower the stand. I like that it has a stop, so you can’t pull it out all the way. I don’t like that the base is a cheapo plastic weight with a cheapo metal cover. It serves my purpose as a security camera stand but I wouldn’t want to use this for a band because it probably wouldn’t hold up well with rockNroll abuse.

The plastic housing around the quick-adjust handle seems cheap and brittle. Mine broke just below the handle when taking the stand out of the box. I think these are probably OK stands, especially for the price, so long as you treat them very carefully.
