Does this device help me determine the life of my Powerex Pro Rechargeable AA NiMH Batteries? Will it tell me the total rechargeable life of the batteries and not only how much current charge is in them?
Asked by: Luis
No, this tester only tells you battery charge and how it reacts to a load, it does not tell you the longevity of the battery.

question

Does it test 1.5V AA alkaline batteries? (The specs say: A, AAA, C, D, N. Presumably the reference to A is a typo.)
Asked by: Anonymous
Yes; the ZTS Mini Multi-Battery Tester tests both 1.5v alkaline AA batteries as well as 1.2v nickel metal hydride (NiMH) or nickel cadmium (NiCd) AA rechargeable batteries.

question

Will this work for button cell batteries like A76 and other film camera batteries - 28L, Wein cell 625... ?
Asked by: jackson
I dont think that your A76 camera battery can be successfully tested on the ZTS Mini Multi-Battery Tester MFR # MINI-MBT. The specifications are: 1.2V NiMH / NiCd rechargeable (AA, AAA, C, D) 1.5V alkaline (AA, AAA, C, D, N)3V photo lithium (CR123, CR2) 9V alkaline and carbon zinc3.6 V lithium-ion (18500, 17650, 18650, RCR123A)And according to this website, your A76 is 1.55 volts, so maybe you could use the 1.5 alkaline post? But the 28L is a 6 volt Manganese Dioxide Battery.medicbatteries battery-cross-reference-guideBut take a look at another ZTS product; MBT-1 battery tester That will test the A76.
